Avaya Releases its Private Cloud Service in Australia: Says it is also Accessible in New Zealand

Avaya, the global leader of communications-centric solutions, has launched the ReadyNow private cloud service in Australia offering Unified Communications (UC) and Contact Center (CC) solutions to users in both Australia and New Zealand.

As per Ahmed Helmy, VP and CIO at Avaya, “The offering is a private cloud for both unified communications and contact center offerings, providing control, customization, and personalization at-scale as needed.”

Additionally, Peter Chidiac, Managing Director at Avaya A/NZ, said that the ReadyNow platform signifies Avaya’s strong history in UC and CC on a single platform.

Peter Chidiac also stated, “Productivity can be across whether you’re taking calls from a contacts center perspective and need a subject matter expert within the organization, or the other way around, they can be on the same calls, chats, or video environments.”

He adds that the primary reason for the launch in Australia is based on the demand generated by Avaya’s channel partners. Especially the enterprise ones. And the strong customer demand and the popularity of the cloud, where customers wanted to move from on-premise to cloud solutions, crafted the perfect opportunity for the launch.

The company offers ReadyNow services to be sold to customers by channel partners.
