    Denny LeCompte, General Manager of Application Management at SolarWinds, added that technology professionals that leverage management tools to improve performance and monitoring based on tools to achieve a higher level of business goals. It assists in surpassing the required productivity loss due to downtime, poor connectivity, and slow performance that could create a truly customer-centric user experience. A management and performance analytics assist the company in implementing a better chance in keeping pace with the ever-changing market and achieve business success. The report revealed a complete trend when it comes to acknowledge the application performance management; almost all the business leaders set the priorities based what can easily be fixed versus the fact that what matter most for the customers. For 61 percent of business leaders, the primary driver of performance management strategies is to diagnose and resolve problems as fast as possible. While 57 percent of the business leaders feel that managing a complex business application is more imperative, the organizations surveyed were reactive, driven by day to day operations and troubleshooting based on issues raised rather than focus on end user experience.

The company announced with the same name Netskope for Private Access a cloud-based service that provides secure access for all types of private enterprise applications. Netskope works with both on-premises and cloud data solutions, it completely eliminates the risk by providing zero-trust applications access rather than network access. The solution is one of the component of the Netskope platform that enables by securing the access to SaaS, IaaS, web and private applications and data in a hybrid IT environment with the reduction of risk and simplifying security operations.

    Some of the key features offered by the platform, Zero trust access to corporate applications as the data and resources are protected by application-level access control based on user identity. Access to applications in multiple networks, users can access the private application in the cloud and even in the data center seamlessly. Admins will be registered that can block inbound access to physical or virtual networks and shield internal corporate resources from various outside threats. Support to all different types of applications that include Windows, iOS, and Mac, easing the user experience with securing access to private applications in public clouds. No need for network changes or extra hardware requirement in the cloud-based environment.

    Netskope for private access provides secure access to applications that are stored in different cloud applications that includes Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google public cloud, and Azure, including the on-premises data centers. Private access offers various policy management combined with compliance assessment and integration with the existing identity and access management and security information. The enterprise has added that they support all applications, various protocol, and any device to enable business productivity along with simplifying the SecOps.

    The GitHub beta android app permits developers to:

    A) Review code

    B) Merge change

    C) Collaborate on mobile

    GitHub, the code-sharing site, has released a beta version of the new Android app that provides developers tools that enable them to perform certain tasks on the smartphone.

    At a conference in November, the Microsoft-owned company, GitHub, revealed news about the application iOS and Android presenting developers with an iOS beta app for iPhones and iPads, but now developers with Android phones can also join the beta clan.

    The application is designed for tasks that do not demand a comprehensive development environment desktop. However, it is engineered to enable users to collaborate on specific tasks like revising code, design changes, and merging changes.

    Available for Android 5.1 and later versions, GitHub observed that the app supports a range of screen sizes, setting, and the dark mode.

    Ryan Nystrom, director of engineering at GitHub, says, “With GitHub for mobile, you have the convenience of completing these tasks while on the go, with full experience. With GitHub for mobile, you have the flexibility to get on with your business and stay in touch with the team wherever you are.”

    GitHub, introduced in 2008, has close to 40 million users all over the world; therefore, it is estimated to be a popular choice for users that demand better experience than the webpage of GitHub for mobile, when they need to work without a computer.

    Developers already signed up to the Android waiting list must have received an email invitation with a link to join the program. GitHub mentions that there is a limited number of seats available for the app’s beta version but assures more seats to be opened in the future.

    The app’s home screen has a layout of 4 primary tabs that include,

    2. Pull requests

    3. Repositories

    4. Organization

    It also offers a “Favorites” section to enable users to tailor their favorite and recent section for the newly opened requests or messages recently commented on by the user.

    All in all, the new app has managed to take care of several details for enhanced user experience.

    Zoho, a business-related application provider for customer service, marketing, and more, has made its product free during the coronavirus pandemic for all the impacted SMBs, according to a press release.

    The Small Business Emergency Subscription Assistance Program (ESAP) is been launched by Zoho and will prove helpful to about 20,000 clients, which are Small-to-Medium-Sized Businesses (SMBs) with 25 employees or less. Zoho’s app will be available for free for about three months for these companies.

    Customer service applications, marketing, collaboration and production tools, back-office work and accounting are amongst few of the Zoho app features which will be available for free.

    This is based on Zoho’s other latest announcement of the Remotely software, which adds in the transition to help the customer work from home. The company decided to introduce the software after observing the cancelation of its Zoholics summit.

    Work from home has become an essential thing for all the companies to prevent the spread of the most recent pandemic, COVID-19. Owing to this, Zoho has seen over 5,000 new clients for its Remotely software, in the past few weeks.

    Sridhar Vembu, Co-Founder and CEO of Zoho, said that the decision of making the free use of services for customers was given out after observing the fall of various businesses due to the global pandemic. His concern regarding the normalcy of the situation, made the company introduce the application to contribute to the betterment of all the companies.

    Violet Warner, Founder and Designer of Violet Press, expressed gratitude toward Zoho for the benefit the company has gained from the free services. Extending free rent to the company for a few months, it was a great help from Zoho for Violet Press to do good in its bad time.

    Looking at the pandemic scenes, the government had to impose restrictions on various SMBs for the large gathering of people. As a result, people have to come up with new ways of co-relating and helping each other to support smaller businesses.
